Brudenell Estates has a range of rural residential accommodation in the village of Deene, Northamptonshire and in its Leicestershire/Welham Valley Estate. These properties are let on modern Assured Shorthold Tenancies, initially for a term of six months and then rolling from year to year.

When the Estate gets a property back in hand, if required, it is refurbished to a high standard and will be clean and fresh when ready to let.
